Ricondo’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has approved a leadership succession plan for the Firm. At the end of the year, Ramon Ricondo will transition to the role of President Emeritus. Doug Trezise will succeed Ramon as President effective January 1, 2023. We are fortunate that Doug will be at the helm to ensure future success as the Firm enters a new chapter of providing unparalleled services to our clients.

Doug is currently Ricondo’s Executive Vice President and leader of the Firm’s technical services. He has been with Ricondo since Ramon founded the Firm in 1989, and he has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1996. He became Co-Vice Chairperson of the Board in 2018.

While Ramon’s day-to-day role will change, he plans to remain active in consulting and engaging with clients, and he will continue to represent the Firm in a variety of roles in the industry. Furthermore, the Board, including Doug in his new role and all the Firm’s consultants, will have access to Ramon for counsel and guidance.

The Board would like to thank Ramon for dedicating his career to the Firm and providing his continued commitment throughout this transition period and beyond. Ramon, with the support of dedicated leaders, like Doug, built a well-respected and successful organization. With Ramon’s continued guidance and Doug’s leadership, Ricondo will continue setting the standard in the aviation consulting industry.
