With more than 20 years of strategic airport and aviation planning experience, Paul Hanly has consulted for numerous airports in the United States and around the world. He has led projects ranging from airport master planning, terminal redevelopment planning, and site selection studies to strategic business planning and due diligence services in support of airport privatization initiatives and asset transactions.

Paul currently leads Ricondo’s strategic planning and on-call consulting services for many clients in Europe and the Middle East—in the areas of master planning, advanced terminal and airfield facilities planning, forecasting and demand analysis, capacity analysis and simulation modeling, business case development, and decision support for major investment programs. He also focuses on broader aviation issues, including those related to economic regulation, development of national and regional airport systems, and coordination with external stakeholders, agencies, and communities.
