He has unmatched expertise in on-airport land development, rental car facility planning, parking system planning, marketing and revenue forecasting, roadway alignment, vehicle and pedestrian circulation, and terminal curbside, taxicab, and traffic studies. Jim is often called upon as an expert witness regarding parking management contracts and is a frequent industry speaker on nonaeronautical revenue generation and airport planning. Before joining Ricondo in 2000, Jim was the Manager of Transportation Planning for the Massachusetts Port Authority, the owner and operator of Boston Logan International Airport and other transportation facilities.
