Caldwell Kerr joined Ricondo in 2016 and specializes in aviation forecasting and demand analysis for airport master planning and revenue bond feasibility studies, economic analyses, and air service evaluation. Additionally, he has developed an airline hub profitability model to demonstrate the economic and strategic contribution of each hub to an airline’s network. His client engagements include comprehensive activity forecasts and air service analyses for El Paso, McCarran (Las Vegas), O’Hare, Philadelphia, Phoenix Sky Harbor, and St. Louis Lambert International Airports, as well as for Dallas Love Field and Keflavík (Iceland) International Airport. Mr. Kerr’s work with Ricondo is supported by more than 15 years of experience in aviation and transportation-related industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kerr served as head of internal reporting at Uber Technologies, where he oversaw financial and operational reporting of over 300 cities and multiple product lines. He also has professional experience with two commercial airlines. At Continental Airlines, he worked in the Profitability Analysis and Corporate Development teams. At Virgin America, he managed financial planning and analysis for the marketing, distribution planning, and airport operations divisions, and he oversaw Virgin America’s profitability reporting and revenue accounting.
