Rachael Fawell joined Ricondo in early 2017 with six years of previous aviation consulting experience. Her technical experience includes aviation revenue and financial consulting, Title VI compliance, federal procurement laws, and economic and community development. Ms. Fawell’s focus at Ricondo is to ensure clients have the best financial and regulatory support possible for successful program implementation. She assists clients with capital program development and execution through FAA Airport Improvement Program Letter of Intent programs and single-year grants; Bipartisan Infrastructure Law grants; Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act Loans; passenger facility charges and Title VI program support; and Plans of Finance development. Ms. Fawell further supports client communication through managing the production of a legislative guide annual documents update used to inform and brief various stakeholders and staff on updated annual information and activities, generating written updates and budget related materials, and developing speeches and presentation slide decks.
