Connor Hobbs has nearly 6 years of airport business and financial planning experience. His aviation planning experience centers around negotiating use and lease agreements, developing strategies, and performing financial analyses associated with implementation of capital development programs, including major capital programs that benefit the airlines and the airport. Mr. Hobbs has prepared multiple business strategies for the airport clients he manages. Additionally, he analyzed airport grant funds that were strategically used to benefit the airlines and airport during the pandemic. Prior to joining Ricondo, Mr. Hobbs spent 5 years with a major airline, for which he negotiated business deals, developed strategies, led the signatory airlines, implemented major capital projects, and represented airlines in the development of master plan projects.
