Jenna Buckner has served as a commercial and marketing executive for 30 years, with more than 18 years in airport landside commercial and operational management. She has led landside divisions at public and private airports in the United States and Australia and consulted globally. Ms. Buckner is an expert in developing and implementing a multidisciplinary approach to revenue and experience optimization, blending technology, operations, and commercial strategy with research, branding, and marketing. Recent and ongoing landside projects include developing comprehensive parking and ground transportation strategies and forecasts for Nashville and Ontario International Airports; creating long term product roadmaps and assessing capacity enhancements at Charlotte Douglas, Pittsburgh, and Tampa International Airports; leading parking strategy and analysis at Philadelphia International Airport; providing a new product feasibility study and operational roll out plan for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport; advising Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport on parking access and revenue control systems procurement; and developing parking management requests for proposal and contracts for Eppley Airfield (Omaha) and Ithaca Tompkins International Airport. Ms. Buckner sits on the Airports Council International Commercial Committee and is active in the Airport Cooperative Research Program; she is currently a panelist for online parking reservation systems.
