Luke Lejueune joined Ricondo in 2023. He has experience developing financial models, performing grant eligibility analyses, and assisting in feasibility reports. Since joining Ricondo, Mr. Lejeune has supported several financial planning projects, including the development of rates and charges at airports such as El Paso, Midway, and Ontario International Airports, as well as ORD. He has also supported the development of scenario projections for airline negotiations, terminal utilization, and airport improvement planning. Additionally, Mr. Lejeune has assisted clients with capital program development through the FAA AIP LOI grant program and single-year grants. He supports the client’s capital program development with grant eligibility reports, estimated federal funding matrices, and planning for multi-year grant programs. He has also supported multiple bond feasibility reports, including Midway International Airport’s revenue bond issuance report. He supports the issuance of these reports by updating financial models, reviewing financial reports, and creating graphs. Prior to joining Ricondo, Mr. Lejeune gained experience creating multivariate regression models and discounted cash flow models.
