Ethan R. Dunkle has worked on various financial projects, including airline rates and charges, feasibility studies, debt capacity analyses, passenger facility charge applications, capital programming, and benefit-cost analyses for airport development. Recently, he assisted or led the annual budget and settlement processes of airline rates and charges for 12 airports, including San Antonio, Northwest Florida Beaches, and Lubbock Preston Smith International Airports. He also served as project manager for Northwest Florida Beaches International and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airports to maintain rates and charges models that incorporate long-term projections, allowing him to analyze airline and nonairline revenues, operating and maintenance expenses, and cash flows with respect to cost centers, as well as support the negotiation of airport use agreements. His Customer Facility Charge (CFC) rate analyses have been utilized to gauge the CFC rate sizing and funding capacity of multiple airports. Prior to joining Ricondo, Mr. Dunkle worked as a revenue analyst for Delta Air Lines, where he gained experience in aircraft capacity forecasting and network planning.
