Justin has over 20 years of experience with projects for numerous airports across the United States and worldwide. His experience includes airport master plan updates, terminal facility planning, aviation forecast development, commercial development planning, airport layout plan development, ground transportation planning, airfield compliance studies, curbside planning and operational studies, parking facility planning, passenger screening optimization analyses, and airport geographic information system (GIS) development. Most recently, Justin was project manager for the master plan updates for Dublin Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport. Prior to joining Ricondo in 2010, he was a senior aviation planner at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, where he served as a project manager for numerous projects, including the master plan update.
