Cameron Modjeski

Director
3 Years at Ricondo

Cameron Modjeski joined Ricondo in 2021 and has 15 years of experience in long-range airport planning, design, finance, and operations, emphasizing master planning and on-call planning. Mr. Modjeski recently managed the Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which focused on sustainably developing the large-hub airport's facilities to accommodate more than 60 million annual passengers, 500,000 annual aircraft operations, and 750,000 metric tons of air cargo on a constrained site. Mr. Modjeski led a team of 12 firms to successfully complete the SAMP, resulting in a consensus-driven terminal expansion solution. He also led several studies for the Port of Seattle concurrently with the master plan, including airfield simulation for follow-on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) work and gate allocation modeling for advanced planning. Central to Mr. Modjeski’s approach is selecting and applying the appropriate techniques, ranging from sophisticated simulation to practical application of judgment and experience. He has also managed on-call planning contracts for the Port of Seattle, the Port of Portland, and the Houston Airport System.
