Joe has over 35 years of aviation experience, both as an airport executive and an airport planning consultant. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the issues and challenges facing airport operators, enabling him to provide practical solutions to airport concerns. He has managed numerous planning and facility development projects for all types of airport facilities, including small general aviation airports and large-hub airports in the United States and overseas. As the former Director of Planning and Environmental Management for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, He managed the Master Plan for Nashville International Airport, as well as other supplemental planning studies for the Nashville airport system. He has been a member of the Steering Committee for Airports Council International's Technical Committee, and he is a past Chair of the Global Positioning System/Advance Procedures Working Group.
