Anusheh Yasin has nearly 15 years of financial analysis experience, including six years of experience at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport prior to joining Ricondo in 2017. Ms. Yasin has worked on long-range capital and debt planning, created project prioritization models, developed cost center allocation models, submitted Majority in Interest packages, participated in airline negotiations related to capital projects and debt, prepared bond issuance documents and feasibility studies, developed long-range financial plans, and managed capital budgets for projects at the program and project level. Since joining Ricondo, Ms. Yasin has provided financial consulting services for the operators of various airports. She has provided passenger facility charge planning support for the airport sponsors of Burlington, Key West, Saipan, and Southwest Florida International Airports. She has also assisted in the preparation of bond feasibility studies and financial planning services for airports including Austin-Bergstrom, Charleston, El Paso, Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood, O’Hare, Orlando, Southwest Florida, Tampa, and Washington Dulles International Airports. Ms. Yasin has also provided parking and ground transportation analysis for various airports in the United States, including Orlando, Philadelphia, Southwest Florida, Tampa, and Washington Dulles International Airports. In addition, Ms. Yasin has provided financial support for private transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side for clients in the United States and Europe.
